On this season’s American Idol, contestant DeAndre Brackensick sang Eric Benet’s Grammy nominated single “Sometimes I Cry,” which was met with rave reviews from the judges including Randy Jackson who referred to EB as “a great R&B star!” The following night EB stopped by the Idol set to make a surprise visit to DeAndre who was overcome with excitement when Eric walked out!
